Yugandhara Pawar Jha

Yugandhara is an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India. She has a robust blend of over two decades of experience in corporate and dispute resolution practices. Throughout her remarkable career, she has honed her skills across esteemed law firms, multinational organisations, and as an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India.

Her professional journey commenced under the guidance of a distinguished lawyer in Pune, where she delved into civil and commercial litigation. Upon moving to Delhi, she further amplified her experience by being a part of two of the most reputed Advocate-on-Record firms at the Supreme Court of India. She then had the privilege of practising under the mentorship of a prominent senior counsel at a leading law firm, during which she led the firm’s Delhi office.

In addition to her rich experience in law firms, Yugandhara also brings her invaluable in-house counsel experience to the table. She was the Head of Legal in a well-known multinational corporation’s India office in the information technology-enabled service sector. She also was Assistant Vice-President (Legal) in a reputed multinational business processing and information technology services company. She successfully led the legal outsourcing team and was an integral part of the customer contract transactions team.

Yugandhara leads the firm’s commercial law practice. She is a regular presence before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and other quasi-judicial authorities. She has successfully represented a diverse clientele, including various corporations, academic institutions, individuals, and State Governments/entities across multiple forums.

She is also an elected office bearer of the Supreme Court Bar Association and serves as its Treasurer.
