  • Advisory concerning possibility of prosecution being initiated by various Investigative Agencies in India based on the information received by Indian Tax Authorities from the Swiss Authorities pursuant to Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) under the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) and Multilateral Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters (MAAC).
  • Advisory to a renowned real estate developer pertaining to legitimacy of objections raised by Civil Aviation Authorities with regard to height restrictions applicable to the project, despite clearance granted by Municipal Authorities.
