Kunal is a highly skilled dispute resolution lawyer with over 20 years of experience. He is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and leads our firm’s appellate court practice in Delhi. Kunal’s expertise covers a wide range of areas, including Administrative & Constitutional Law, Arbitration, Energy, Construction, Mining, Commercial Law, Consumer Law, Company Law, and White Collar Defence. He has extensive experience in both domestic and international arbitrations and provides comprehensive advocacy at the Supreme Court of India.

Kunal began his career at a renowned corporate law firm in Delhi before transitioning to counsel practice. He worked with a well-known Senior Advocate in Delhi for five years, focusing on practising before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. He has considerable experience representing clients from diverse sectors, including public-sector undertakings, banks, financial institutions, multinational corporations, NGOs, academic institutions, and prominent individuals in court.

As a trusted legal advisor, Kunal assists some of India’s leading corporate houses and multinationals, addressing their commercial and regulatory needs.
