Shaurya’s practice focuses on corporate advisory and commercial dispute resolution, including white-collar crime and arbitration matters. He regularly acts for clients in various disputes involving commercial contracts, property, company law, insolvency and restructuring, projects and construction, intellectual property rights and matters relating to the enforcement and challenges to arbitral awards. He represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations and acts as assistant/secretary to the tribunal in high-value arbitrations. He has considerable experience in handling complex disputes before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts and other Tribunals in India. He is an alumnus of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab.
