Ekamjot Singh Bagga is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at RPV Legal. His expertise spans arbitration, commercial litigation, real estate, intellectual property, company law, and insolvency, with a focus on complex commercial disputes involving both contentious and advisory work.

He has trained with top law firms and chambers across varied practices and has been part of teams representing national and international clients in high-stakes civil, commercial, and criminal disputes before courts and tribunals.

An alumnus of the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, Ekamjot has a strong academic foundation and has distinguished himself through active participation in mooting and ADR competitions at national and international levels. He has also taken on leadership roles and contributed to volunteering initiatives, reflecting both depth of knowledge and a sustained commitment to excellence in the profession and service to the community.
