Disha’s practice focuses on dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on corporate, commercial, and infrastructure matters. Her expertise spans domestic and international arbitration, corporate consultation, and project/construction affairs, including challenges to and enforcement of arbitral awards. She frequently represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and other statutory Tribunals. She also acts as assistant/secretary to Arbitral Tribunals in high profile arbitration matters. Disha is an alumnus of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.
