Satvika Sharma

Satvika Sharma is a dispute resolution associate with RPV Legal, with a focus on arbitration, custody disputes, white-collar crime, and family and labour law. While pursuing her legal studies at SRM University, Chennai, she gained practical training under senior advocates and leading chambers and law firms across Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai. During this period, she worked on a wide range of matters, including insolvency and bankruptcy, real estate, corporate disputes, consumer protection, financial frauds, matrimonial litigation, labour disputes, and criminal trials. She is well-versed in legal drafting and preparing case briefs.

At RPV Legal, Satvika has assisted and appeared in proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, NCLT, DRT, and other tribunals and district courts. In addition to litigation, she has immensely contributed to corporate advisory work, including vetting of contracts, due diligence, and compliance-related matters.
