Waheb specialises in dispute resolution and commercial law advisory. Prior to joining RPV Legal, he trained in a reputed law chambers in New Delhi and practiced primarily before the Supreme Court of India. His work focuses on arbitration, commercial and white collar litigation. Waheb’s recent work includes defending a major Public Charitable Trust in the Supreme Court of India; representing a group of businessmen in the Supreme Court in a matter concerning overhauling of the Property Tax Regime, acting as a defence counsel in a highly publicised Criminal Trial pertaining to the allegations of corruption.
He completed his undergraduate studies in law and humanities from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala, Punjab. He is often invited in National and International Conferences and Moot Court Competitions by Law Colleges and other eminent institutions across India.
