Snigdha Singh


Graduated from Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna, India and presently in the process of completing the Company Secretary course, Snigdha has focused experience in handling myriad cases before various courts and tribunals. Apart from having diverse work experience with in-depth understanding of various forms of disputes resolution ranging from corporate, commercial to civil litigation, she is also endowed with good leadership skills, intellect and pragmatism that aid her in dealing with the challenges of the legal profession. During her law school days, she had interned with many prestigious law firms and chambers.

Snigdha has represented and rendered strategic advice to her clients in complex insolvency litigations before National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. With an in-depth knowledge in SARFESI and RDDBI laws, she has also advised major public sector banks in loan recovery matters before Debt Recovery Tribunal and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. She has also represented and advised her clients before District Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court in diverse fields ranging from Arbitration, Intellectual Property, Prevention of Money Laundering, among others.

Snigdha’s forte lies in the field of Corporate, Civil and Commercial Litigation including General Corporate Advisory which encompasses drafting and vetting of Loan Agreements, Security Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements and Leave and License Agreements. In addition to the above, she also has an experience of working on constitutional, property, and writ matters.
